Johannes Reichert
Chief Information Officer (CIO), Hilti AG
Johannes joined Hilti in 2013. During his early years he was responsible for Hilti Engineering IT, later he took over the Corporate Center of Excellence for Application Software, delivering Hilti Cloud, User Interface Design and Internet of Things (IoT) environments to enable excellent digital products for Hilti customers. As the Head of DRIVE he was responsible for implementing S/4 HANA as well as Customer Engagement and IoT solutions. In 2019 he took on the role as Head of IT for Sales & Marketing and was responsible for the successful implementation of the global CRM platform based on Salesforce.com.
As of 2022 he is leading the Global IT Team in his role as Chief Information Officer of the Hilti Group. Since then, the move to RISE for the Global Single Instance was successfully completed, the transition from SAP ByD as 2nd Tier ERP to S/4 Cloud started and the Lead 2030 @ IT strategy is in place.
Johannes holds a PhD in mechanical engineering from the University of Clausthal.
Wai-Meng Lee
Head of IT, Hilti Asia IT Services
Wai-Meng is currently the Head of IT Asia for Hilti Group, overseeing the development and expansion of Hilti Group’s IT competence center in Asia, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Since joining Hilti Group in October 2016, he has held diverse leadership roles spanning Infrastructure and Application domains.
With a robust background, Wai-Meng brings over 8 years of experience from T-Systems International and 10 years from Shell, where he held various IT infrastructure leadership positions specializing in SAP and IT infrastructure services across Malaysia, Australia, Slovakia, and The Netherlands. Additionally, his tenure at Siemens included significant involvement in a large-scale SAP project, where he played a pivotal role in the greenfield implementation of SAP ERP systems for a leading electricity utility company in Malaysia.
Wai-Meng’s unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen enables him to drive value within organizations by enhancing strategies, processes, and tools. His commitment to exceeding stakeholder expectations and fostering strong relationships underscores his dedication to maximizing future opportunities.
Barry Holloway
Head of People & Culture, Hilti Asia IT Services
Mr. Barry Holloway joined Hilti in 2019 at Headquarter as Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager. He supported the development and execution of Hilti’s Global Talent Acquisition Strategy. Prior to joining Hilti, Mr. Barry has over 15 years’ experience as a Global Talent Acquisition and HR / Change Leader for several international organizations. He provided expertise to the global Talent Acquisition community including best practices from the market. Most recently, he has played a key role in the Talent Acquisition workstream as part of our New Group Strategy.
Cedric Lezer
General Manager, Hilti Malaysia
Cedric Lezer joined Hilti France in 2007 as a Global Account Executive and has since gained extensive experience across various roles and locations. He was the Head of Services for Western Europe in Paris, and later transitioned to Project Manager in Zurich. His leadership and strategic planning skills were further demonstrated when he returned to Paris as Division Manager.
He later became the Head of Sales in Bruxelles, where he developed effective sales strategies. Since 2021, Cedric has been serving as the General Manager in Kuala Lumpur, leading the team with his global experience and deep understanding of the business.
Prof. Madya Dr. Azah Anir Norman
Deputy Dean of Development, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Malaya
Prof. Madya Dr. Azah Anir Norman, PhD, is an associate professor at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Malaya (UM). Her scholarly interests revolve around information systems security and human-related research in information systems. In recognition of her accomplishments, she received the coveted Leaders of Innovation (LIF5) award from the Royal Academy of Engineering of the United Kingdom (RAENG) in 2018. Prof. Madya Dr. Azah Anir Norman also contributes her knowledge as an expert in the worldwide ISO/IEC WG1 for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). She is the FSKTM Technovations Manager, a business arm of FSKTM that leads this business pod under UM Innovation.
Ts. Sujata Navaratnam

Ts.Sujata Navaratnam holds the position of Program Leader within the School of Computing and Creative Media at UOW Malaysia. With over two decades of experience in the education industry, she has demonstrated proficiency in faculty management, curriculum development, and operational efficiency. Armed with a Bachelor's (Hons) in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and a Masters in Software Engineering from Open University Malaysia (OUM), she is currently pursuing her PhD in Science and Technology at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), focusing on computer security and data analytics.
As a seasoned researcher, Ts. Sujata Navaratnam has contributed significantly to insightful journals and publications, enriching her expertise in her field. In her capacity as a Senior Lecturer, she not only delivers but also develops various subjects in the area of Programming, Intelligent Systems and Software Engineering, ensuring their relevance and suitability in today's educational landscape. Her certifications as a Certified Software Tester and Certified Hacking and Forensics Investigator further enhance her ability to equip students with practical knowledge essential for their career paths.
In her role as Program Leader, Ts. Sujata Navaratnam oversees the smooth operation of Software Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Systems degrees within the school. Her responsibilities encompass managing credit transfers, addressing student concerns, facilitating subject development or modifications, and more.
Prof. Dr. Sayan Kumar Ray
Head of School of Computer Science, Taylor’s University
Prof. Dr. Sayan Kumar Ray is the Head of School of Computer Science and full Professor at Taylor’s University, Malaysia. He completed a Ph.D degree in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand with a full scholarship. While in New Zealand, Prof. Dr. Sayan Kumar Ray worked in the School of Digital Technologies at Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) in Auckland where he held positions like Associate Dean, Head of School, Academic Leader of Research and Curriculum Development, and Network Leader.
At MIT Auckland, Prof. Dr. Sayan Kumar Ray won multiple awards, including, Research Excellence Award, Overall Outstanding Performance Award, and Teaching Excellence Award. Prior to that Prof. Dr. Sayan Kumar Ray used to work as Design Engineer at Tait Communications, New Zealand, where he researched on Evolved Packet Core backbone network of LTE-Advanced technologies.
As an active researcher, Prof. Dr. Sayan Kumar Ray research on topics related to Cybersecurity and Cyber Defense, IoT Security and Applications, Autonomous Transportation System, 5G/6G networks, and Applications of AI and Machine Learning. Prof. Dr. Sayan Kumar Ray’s coauthored papers have won 5 Best Paper Awards and 1 best commendation award in international journals and conferences of repute.

Dato' Prof. Dr. Shamala K. Subramaniam is a Dean at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universiti Putra Malaysia.
